    A Wonderful Blade

    I purchased this knife with the Midnight Finish and Ultrex Camo G10 handle, so even just from appearances this is a lovely looking piece worthy for your collection.

    The ergonomics makes it an easy to hold blade and the balance is set right at the finger guard. The beveled thumb rest gives you some additional control over such a long knife. It does sit a little deep in the Kydex sheath, but I can still get my hand around the handle to draw it out. A minor complaint barely worth the mention. The MOLLE compatibility means it will fit into my kit without issue.

    I've used it for simple brush clearing and it performs without complaint. Today I used it to cut through a fallen tree branch (approx. three inches thick) to get a feel for how it behaves under harder labor. As expected it got the job done and didn't feel like using it inappropriately. I'm glad that this is a wholly functional blade in addition to being pleasing to the eye. While I haven't put it through all it's paces I'm anticipating that it will continue to serve me well.

    Truly a Functional Work of Art

    This isn't my first Dawson knife and likely will not be my last. Recently my Mojave 7, now discontinued, was stolen and I was looking for a similar knife. This Gen 2 Seraphim SP in CPM-MagnaCut steel simply exceeded all expectations! Balanced, incredibly sharp edge, and a classic-looking bowie; the crew at Dawson never disappoints - God bless you all and Thank You!
